In 2016 the Massachusetts Attorney General “re-interpreted” the Massachusetts Assault Weapons Ban to include any previously ban-compliant rifle that looks or smells like an AR or an AK or any of the listed firearms in the original Assault Weapons Ban law.
This leaves the Dealers to determine, with no clear guidance, what guns are MA OK and what ones are not. Lacking any clear guidance we prefer to err on the side of caution and we are actively trying to re-label our guns as either MA Compliant or not. Please call us with any questions.
Pre-Ban firearms are Massachusetts compliant due to their date of manufacture.
