All MA Compliant

Massachusetts licensed dealers are limited as to what guns they can sell to Massachusetts residents. The dealer can only sell you handguns that comply with two standardsthe law (see Chapter 140, section 123 of the Massachusetts General Law), and the regulations of the Attorney General (940 CMR 16.00).

In 2016 the Massachusetts Attorney General “re-interpreted” the Massachusetts Assault Weapons Ban to include any previously ban-compliant rifle that looks or smells like an AR or an AK. Also any of the listed firearms in the original Assault Weapons Ban law.

This leaves the Dealers to determine, with no clear guidance, what are MA Compliant guns and what ones are not. Lacking any clear guidance we prefer to err on the side of caution. We are actively trying to re-label our guns as either MA Compliant or not. Please call us with any questions.

Pre-Ban rifles are Massachusetts compliant due to their date of manufacture. Handguns manufactured prior to October 21, 1998 are also compliant.

Note that these rules do NOT apply to Massachusetts Law Enforcement or Military.
