All MA Compliant Guns


Massachusetts licensed dealers are limited as to what firearms they can sell to Massachusetts residents. In 2024 Massachusetts legislators changed a significant portion of the firearms laws and changed how Dealers and Licenses operate. Check out our article here on how that impacts Firearms ownership.

Handguns sold in Massachusetts must be on the Approved Firearms Rosters. Additionally they must meet the Attorney General’s handgun sales regulations. .

For rifles, we have a new set of definitions we must abide by and there’s also another category of apparently grandfathered firearms (Pre 8/1/2024).

Shotguns need to comply with the states Assault Style Firearms tests. If they are pump or break action, they are exempt.

This leaves the Dealers to determine, with no clear guidance, what are MA Compliant guns and what ones are not. Lacking any clear guidance we prefer to err on the side of caution. We are actively trying to re-label our guns as either MA Compliant or not. Please call us with any questions.
