Until 10/02/2024 Massachusetts FFL’s could transfer their remaining Pre-Ban 9/13/1994 magazines to individuals. That window is now closed.
After this time they can no longer be sold from dealers to licensees or between licensees.
They can only be sold from a licensee to a dealer, sold out of state, or left to next of kin on death.
